So this is what I've been able to come up with so far. Ignore the lines; the original picture had a weird grid thing on it and I'm terrible at getting things like that off x). It'll go on my left upper arm (not sure what the term for that spot would be). The phrase "Float On" refers not only to the Modest Mouse song which I love, but also to my ability to get through everything by sticking it out. I think it's meaningful and beautiful.

In any case, what I need is opinions. Is this gonna look great? Cuz if it doesn't, I'm gonna be stuck with it forever.

I'm in love with him, and I'm worried I'll do something stupid or silly and ruin it again. I've fucked up so many times before because of my volatile emotions.

This evening just seems good to me :D.

5. I take weird joy in staying up all night and letting the morning seep in on me.

10. I hate my period and I want my uterus removed. Again.

I am making it my goal to write a complete sestina by tomorrow. What should I write it about.......?

Of course, I'll post it here if I actually finish. This would be a major literary achievement for me, considering how I feel about my own poetry.

On a musical note, I am rapidly falling in love with Animal Collective. This evening, I shall seek to obtain the complete discography, via my dear friends from indie_exchange. Tschiao, bella.

Today was the first truly beautiful spring day of the year (there have been other pretty days, but they weren't spring, so they don't count). To celebrate, I sat for an hour on the hill in front of school and enjoyed the Amelie soundtrack.
Now, this week has been less than attractive for me. I'm losing people, and I'm getting bored. Boredom, for me, equals apathy, which in turn equals the descent into a delicious bout of emotional upheaval. I walked outside in a dark mood, indeed.
But upon switching my iPod into gear and listening in agonized joy to the first moments of "J'y Suis Jamais Alle," and lying back with the sun on my face, I felt completely, ridiculously, wildly happy. The music overwhelmed me and lifted me out of my body, falling like an ocean on my unsuspecting soul. No person could ever do what music does to me, is what I realized.
I hope I don't forget that.
